“Who can estimate the wealth of worth caged in a little child?”
– Evangeline Booth

Imagine not having the support of loving and caring parents. Imagine not knowing where your next meal is coming from.
There are more than 12 million children who go without food every day in the United States; there are 15 million who will not graduate high school each and every year.
How is it our children are expected to survive at all when they do not have advocates that keep them off the streets and safe from harm? And how can we expect they might be able to graduate high school when they never know from one day to the next where they will be laying there head down each night.
What can we all do about it? We can stand up and make a stand. It is time to protect our children and give them every opportunity to achieve a life they will be proud of. It is up to the entire community to rise to the occasion and make sure our next generation will be safe from harm while their in their informative years.
