Beauty

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

-Margaret Wolfe Hungerford (1850 – 1897)

Irish Novelist

Have you ever seen a child that could not be thought to be beautiful?

It’s more amazing to see children grow up to look so much different than anyone could imagine. It is possible that the true beauty in children stems from their innocence and total acceptance of the world around them.

When allowed to their own devices children from all over the world find pleasure in an empty box or can. They can amuse themselves endlessly with a rubber band or a piece of string. They are innately curious about everything around them from the very first step they take.

The true gift is to appreciate these children in their youth and provide them with the endless support towards their pursuits no matter how curious we might find them. It is not up to anyone to judge children, but it is up to each and every adult to supply every child who crosses our path with unlimited support and avenues to pursue their dreams.

It is the children of the world who will become our future leaders and the type of leaders we create are totally dependent on the environment we create for them as children.

The beauty is more that they are a work of art and will be revealed right before our eyes.
